Requirements :

• Create relationships with a network of potential business partners; 
• Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects;
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload;
• Understanding the fundamentals of real estate, project finance and corporate finance;
• Quickly analyzing incoming financing requests by utilizing methodology, creating submission packages  for our underwriting department; 
• Ability to expeditiously review and analyze new financing requests and populate
• Guide and educate developers and real estate investors about our programs and the advantages of  working with BlackLions; 
• Provide clients with risks factors and help them determine which finance program is best in terms of the  clients personal goals and needs; 
• Guide and educate Business Owners about our programs and the advantages of working with BlackLions;
• Consistently generate and maintain a pipeline of transactions that meet our lending criteria.
• Represent BlackLions with integrity, transparency and honesty; 
• Provide superior customer service; 
• Meet funding goals as determined by the Company.
• The individual must maintain a razor sharp focus and commitment to excellence!
• Product knowledge and ability to be “face to face” with referral sources and clients is the key to success

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 
• Mortgage sales background preferred; 
• 3+ years commercial loan experience; 
• Demonstrated sales and referral skills; 
• Understanding and experience with wholesale or retail originating sales approach;
• Experience with business applications software (Excel and Word); 
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written skills; 
• Strong local global market presence; 
• Embrace team effort; 
• A self-starter, entrepreneurial mind set;
• Must possess time management, planning and organizational skills.
